Playbox Theatre’s central training programme offers young people high level direction and the opportunity to develop their skills and potential in a structured range of theatrical disciplines and techniques. This programme explores voice, text, improvisation, physical theatre, movement, project and group devising, rehearsal and performance. Playbox techniques enable young people to emerge as skilful, articulate and confident performers. We also offer advanced training for those wishing to take their work further as a career.

Our Acting workshops for ages 12-19 are run by our superb team of Directors including Toby Quash (Warwick, Solihull, Leamington, Kenilworth), Emily Quash (Stratford), Ci O'Byrne (Warwick), Owen Young (Warwick) and Barney McElholm (Warwick, Kenilworth).
