HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• PLAYBOX THEATRE HOLIDAY PROJECTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Payment for Playbox Theatre’s holiday projects is due, in full, at the time of booking. It is not possible to reserve a place without making full payment.

• If a place is cancelled, no refund can be given, unless the course is fully booked and the place is refilled before the course begins.

• If a place is refilled, a refund will be made minus 10% administration cost. A request for a refund must be made in writing to info@playboxtheatre.com.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the prompt collection of children at the end of a holiday project.

• There is a late collection fee of £5 for every 15 minutes late, imposed after the first 10 minutes of overdue collection. 

• Photographs may be taken for marketing and publicity purposes within the workshop, if you would prefer your child not to be featured please let us know in advance of the event by contacting info@playboxtheatre.com.

• In the event of Playbox Theatre having to cancel a workshop, due to Covid-19, all fees will be refunded, with an option to hold them as credit for future Playbox Theatre activities.
