Everyone at Playbox Theatre is committed to ensuring that our birthday parties are exciting, joyful occasions that run smoothly and efficiently for all those involved.

 

Please note the following information and sign and return the form to confirm you are in agreement with all policies. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Playbox Parties can include a maximum of 25 children (including the birthday child). It is not possible to increase these numbers. If extra guests are requested and additional staff can be found, a surcharge of £60 will be payable, to cover staff and admin fees.

 

• Younger siblings of the birthday child are welcome to participate in the party, as long as they are old enough to stay happily by themselves, and as long as this has been discussed with the party administrators at Playbox Theatre in advance. If they are joining the tea table, they will need to have been included in the final numbers that are submitted 7 days before the event.

 

• It is the responsibility of the party family to confirm final numbers at least 7 days before the event, and to ensure that the balance is paid in full at this time. It may not be possible to add extra children afterwards and this will be at Playbox Theatre’s discretion.

 

• Due to our Health & Hygiene policies, we are unable to allow food to be brought onto the premises which has not been prepared by our café. We are always happy to cater for parents/guests during a party and can supply details upon request. Birthday Cake is an exception – you are very welcome to bring a birthday cake to the party.

 

• Custom-designed and themed invitations are included in the cost of your party. If you require a reprint of invitations for any reason e.g. you decide to change the theme of your party, a cost to cover Playbox Theatre’s expenses will be payable. If we make an error on your invitations, they will – of course- be reprinted for you without cost.
