Technical Theatre uses the full newly upgraded resources of The Dream Factory in Warwick and offers young people a programme of backstage training including stage management, lighting, sound design and operation.All course participants will be attached to both major and studio productions at the theatre on a regular placement basis, making them an important part of the show process and offering genuine, practical experience.

Our Technical Theatre workshops are led by Playbox Theatre's Technical Director Richard Cooper.

Learn on industry standard equipment such as ETC Eos series lighting controls, QLab show control software, Yamaha and Allen & Heath sound desks, ETC, Martin, Strand Clay Packy etc. Lighting fixtures, Martin Audio sound systems.
